The professional carkit
With the Carcomm Hands Free DSP Carkit you can safely call in your car while driving, keeping your eyes on the road and your hands on the wheel. The unique and patented holder which uses a high quality cradle connector keeps your PDA or Smartphone in place and protects it from being damaged.
Echo and noise suppression
The powerful DSP processor gives an optimal sound quality. The DSP processor is used for echo cancelling and noise reduction when making a phone call.
Mute-Functie
The main-unit of the carkit contains a Mute-Box system which will mute the sound of the radio when a phone call takes place or when a voice command is given. When this happens the carkit will interrupt the sound coming from the radio and will send the sound coming from the phone through the car speaker.
Safe charging
Integrated in the main-unit is a high efficiënt charging circuit ( suitable for 12V ) which powers and charges your PDA or Smartphone. This will keep your device charged and ready for use in- and outside your car.
Connecting a GPS Receiver
The holder has a single cable output which contains the control-unit connection and a PS/2 accessory connector. A serial GPS receiver can be connected Plug&Play to the PS/2 connector if your phone supports it. If your phone only supports Bluetooth GPS receivers it can be charged through the PS/2 connection with an adaptor cable. |
